Rates & Fees Policy
Our therapists are registered with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and registered with the Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATCB) as Registered Art Therapists (ATR or ATR-P). Our therapists have also gone on to complete additional post-graduate training after their Masters education.

*All rates + Tax (GST). All new clients are required to place a valid credit card on file to secure your booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation, late rescheduling or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or the appointment is missed entirely the full fee is charged.
Cancellations are done via email to your individual therapist.
